CANCELLATION POLICY

Heathered Manes is run by appointment only. All online appointments are REQUESTS. They require approval. Deposits only charged to approved appointments. Deposit holds will fall off for declined requests. As a courtesy, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients that are on a waitlist. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. In the event of a no-show, the full price of booked services will be charged. All late invoices will also incur a late fee after 24hrs. Deposits made on accepted appointments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to other appointments if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. If you’re 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to readjust or reschedule your appointment to ensure everything is taken care of. Your time is important to us, so please keep us informed if anything comes up! Requested appointments require approval, prices and durations may vary based upon the goals for your appointment.
